2016 Annual Report — Public Utility Law Project of New York

After a hiatus of several years, the Public Utility Law Project of New York (PULP) has published an annual report for 2016. The report primarily covers 2016, although it contains some cases that began in 2015 and overlapped into 2016, and some cases that began in 2016 and were not completed until 2017.

PULP anticipates restarting its prior practice of issuing public annual reports on a calendar year basis, with such reports being issued after the approval of the Board of Directors at the Spring meeting.
