ACP has ended: What to do next
Since 2021, the Affordable Connectivity Program (“ACP”) has provided crucial support for many households, helping them stay connected to essential online services during the pandemic and after. As the program has concluded, it is vital that consumers take steps to understand the changes and explore alternative options to maintain their connectivity.
To assist in this transition, PULP has developed two consumer-facing resources:
- Resource Guide: This comprehensive guide provides detailed information on what steps to take now that ACP has ended. It includes advice on exploring other affordable connectivity options and managing internet-related expenses.
- Video: Our informative video explains the wind-down process and highlights key actions consumers should take to stay connected.
PULP has also prepared these resources in Spanish. Please see the following webpage for the translated versions.
Please feel free to share these resources with your networks and constituents to ensure that everyone affected by the end of ACP has the information they need to navigate this change.
