This information is only collected when customers call our hotline (877-669-2572) and request intake paperwork through email or mail. The types of personal information we collect includes:

Text Messaging
With your permission, we may send you text messages related to your case or our services. Customers consent to being texted through SMS by checking “yes” to text messaging on PULP’s intake paperwork. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive text communications from us. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. However, with your consent, we may disclose your information to:

- The Department of Social Services (“DSS”) or the Human Resource Administration (“HRA”) in NYC
Data Retention
Your authorization to release information to PULP is valid for 180 days from the date of your signature. Upon expiration of the authorization period, a new authorization form needs to be filled out by the customer.
Security of Your Information
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will never ask for personal details like social security numbers or credit card information.
