PULP in the March News

We just began updating our PULP in the News landing page (on Mailchimp) and posts on this site to include news up to March. This means that a lot of the Con Edison Bill Surge coverage, NYSEG/RG&E, Central Hudson, Orange & Rockland and other utilities’ “bill surges” are on this site now. We will continue to update this coverage because the story is spreading. We are also trying to keep this up to date on the presence of funds in the NYS Budget to rescue New Yorkers from our historically high unpaid bills (arrears) crisis.
