State of New York Public Service Commission signaling its desire to protect consumers, the New York State Public Service Commission (Commission) today denied Time Warner Cable Information Services, LLC’s request for a waiver of the Commission’s rules regarding the hours and days it can disconnect telephone customers who have fallen be hind on their telephone bills to nights and weekends (access document here).
